MARYKNOLL VOCATION DISCERNMENT MISSION TRIP TO EL PETÉN, GUATEMALA:
...a time
to form new relationships...an opportunity The Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers invite you to participate in a Vocation Discernment Mission Experience to northern Guatemala. Accompanied by Fathers Bill Mullan, Ted Custer, Brother Marty Shea, and the Maryknoll Vocation Ministries Team, participants will live at the Cathedral in Flores, Petén and journey daily to different ministry sites. Daily reflections on lived experience along with attendance at parish liturgies will help concretize the missionary element of service to the poor. A visit to the famous Mayan ruins at Tikal will culminate the mission experience. Dates: January 2-9, 2012. Participants should make their own round trip travel arrangements to Guatemala City, arriving no later than 4:00 p.m. on January 2, 2012. The return flight from Guatemala City on January 9, 2012 should be booked after 9:00 a.m. The Maryknoll Vocation office will arrange round trip travel to Flores, Petén, site of the mission trip.
